BetRupees Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Eligibility & Account Registration

To open a BetRupees account and use the platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. BetRupees does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and casino services is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of BetRupees or any affiliated business partner.
• You do not already hold an active BetRupees account. One account per person is the strict rule on BetRupees. Multiple accounts by the same individual will result in the closure of all accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held across them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. BetRupees may at any time request documentary verification of any information provided – including a CNIC copy, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BetRupees login credentials. Never share your password with any other person. BetRupees will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. Report any suspected unauthorised access to BetRupees support immediately.

2Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on BetRupees are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 across all payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account level. BetRupees reserves the right to adjust maximum deposit limits at any time.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 300.
• Withdrawal processing: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within five minutes in standard circumstances. IBFT bank transfers are processed same business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your issuing bank.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for at least one successful deposit on the same account. BetRupees does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• BetRupees does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges – check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank for their current fee schedule.

BetRupees reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000. These checks may include source-of-funds verification. Processing of such withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during verification. The BetRupees support team will communicate directly with the account holder during this process.

3Bonuses & Promotions

BetRupees offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are as stated on the BetRupees promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
• Wagering requirement: All BetRupees bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement – typically stated as a multiplier (e.g., 5x means you must wager five times the combined deposit and bonus amount before a withdrawal can be processed). The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in the BetRupees wallet. Winnings generated using bonus funds are held as bonus balance until the wagering requirement is satisfied, at which point they convert to withdrawable real money.
• BetRupees reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and have an active wagering requirement will not be removed mid-progress except in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to any other BetRupees account.
• Certain bet types – for example, cashed-out bets or bets below minimum odds thresholds – may not count towards wagering requirements. Full details are on each promotion's individual terms.

4Betting Rules

When you place a bet on BetRupees you enter into a binding agreement with BetRupees on the terms of that specific bet. The following rules apply to all sports and event betting on the BetRupees platform:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR. The stake entered at the time of placement is the final stake – no amendments can be made after confirmation.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50 per selection on standard markets. Some special markets may carry a higher minimum stated at the market level.
• BetRupees odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown during bet placement are the odds locked in at the moment of confirmation. Any odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative only.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to BetRupees having an active live feed for the relevant event. BetRupees reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice – for example, during stoppages, weather delays, or data feed interruptions.
• BetRupees reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of obvious pricing error, irregular market activity, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time of placement. Void bets return the original stake to the player's account.
• Accumulator bets: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If any leg is void (event cancelled or abandoned), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continue. The combined odds adjust accordingly.
• Match abandonment rules: If an event is abandoned before the market's specified completion point, BetRupees reserves the right to void all unsettled bets on that event. Specific rules for each sport are available in the BetRupees sports rules section.
• BetRupees operates a one-account policy. Any suspected use of multiple accounts to exploit odds or bonus offers will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

5Casino Games

BetRupees offers a range of casino games including jackpot slots, live dealer baccarat, Andar Bahar, roulette, and crash games. The following conditions apply:

• All casino games on BetRupees use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, use certified live dealing studios. Independent RNG audits are conducted periodically to verify game fairness.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game title in the BetRupees casino lobby. RTP is a theoretical long-run average and individual session results will naturally vary.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game – including disconnection, software error, or server interruption – BetRupees reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's account. BetRupees is not liable for any claimed winnings from game rounds that cannot be fully verified due to a technical error.
• Crash games including Aviator use provably-fair algorithms. The crash multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins and is cryptographically verifiable by the player after the round concludes.
• Progressive jackpot slots on BetRupees contribute a portion of each eligible stake to the jackpot pool. Jackpot wins are paid in full to the winning player's PKR wallet. Full jackpot rules are available on each individual jackpot game's information page.

6Responsible Gaming

BetRupees takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps that take effect immediately. A deposit limit can be decreased immediately but an increase takes effect after a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Suspend your BetRupees account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period no deposits or bets can be placed. The account re-opens automatically after the period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from BetRupees for up to five years. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by the BetRupees support team and the period can be extended at any time.

7Account Suspension & Closure

BetRupees reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold any balance or winnings pending investigation, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated betting software not expressly permitted by BetRupees.
• Failure to complete identity, age, or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Use of multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits or to circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Evidence that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, BetRupees reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings generated through identified fraudulent or prohibited activity. Any real-money balance not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the account holder via their last used withdrawal method following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their BetRupees account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money wallet balance will be withdrawn to the account holder's registered payment method before closure.

8Privacy & Data

BetRupees processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering with BetRupees you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

• BetRupees does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data is used solely to operate your account, process transactions, conduct verification, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates.
• All BetRupees data connections are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you by BetRupees. Contact support@betrupees.biz to make a data subject access request.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the BetRupees platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code – is the intellectual property of BetRupees or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BetRupees platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any BetRupees content without prior written permission.
• You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar software to access, extract, or interfere with BetRupees platform data or odds feeds.
• The BetRupees name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of BetRupees. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetRupees shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from your use of the BetRupees platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond BetRupees' reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network downtime, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on BetRupees that is provided for informational purposes only.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits BetRupees' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of BetRupees, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise the issue directly with the BetRupees support team at support@betrupees.biz. Most account, payment, and betting disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through initial support contact, submit a formal written complaint to BetRupees. Formal complaints are reviewed by senior management and a decision is provided within 14 days.
• Step 3 – Alternative Dispute Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaints process, BetRupees supports access to an independent ADR process. Details will be provided at the conclusion of the formal complaint review.

BetRupees will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Players are encouraged to keep records of all communications and transaction references relevant to any dispute.
